All suitcases are personalized to order and typically take 1–3 business days to be produced and dispatched.

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 4–6 business days.

All orders are sent via courier service, and tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

At Logo Luggage, every piece of luggage is custom made to order. As each order is produced specifically for the customer, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Custom Made Products

All luggage is manufactured and customized specifically for each customer based on the design selected at the time of purchase. Because our products are made to order, all sales are final.

No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges

We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  1. Change of mind
  2. Incorrect product selection
  3. Incorrect personalization details provided by the customer
  4. Delayed delivery caused by the carrier
  5. Any custom made, licensed or personalized luggage

Damaged or Defective Products

If your luggage arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@logoluggage.com.

Please include:

  1. Your order number
  2. Photos of the damage or defect
  3. A brief description of the issue

If the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we will repair, replace, or remake the product at our discretion.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has started, orders cannot be changed, cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.
